We schedule appointments a little differently here. We book services in blocks of time sessions. Sessions are genderless, all-inclusive, and gratuity-free.

We believe this approach is transparent and equitable for both the guest and the artist.

Instead of offering "a la carte" pricing, we charge for services based on how long it takes.

We all know seeing a new stylist can be scary, so let us help ease the nerves. We are consultation masters and color & cut specialists. We will take our time navigating your first visit and all future appointments to ensure you get exactly what you need at each visit without keeping you in our chairs longer than you need to be. Policies & FAQ’s

We structure appointments in time blocks rather than traditional services, ensuring an inclusive and gratuity-free experience. Each stylist sets their hourly rate based on expertise, education, and demand.
Not showing up for your scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the appointment's value. Future appointments will require a nonrefundable deposit to reserve a service.
Iron & Quill requires 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments canceled with late notice may be subject to a fee of 50% or more of the scheduled appointment value. Charges will be applied at the stylist's discretion. If it's Due to COVID-19, cancellation fees are not used.
IWe always want you to love your hair, so if you are unhappy with your service, please call us at most a week from your original service date. You will be scheduled with your stylist for a Color Call-Back Service free of charge.
We do not provide monetary refunds for services.
